You need to see the independent/small business federation in your area.

From there, find some peers who can guide you and give you tips about your industry

Who are you going to ask in a bank? They are all people that are without the guts to do it themselves, and have NO idea as to what it takes.
Go and have a chat with any small business person, ask their advice.
