Why did Nicholson Overlooked of oscar Nominations!!!!!?

I reallly dissapointed when I know that Jack Overlooked from oscar. If he win, it will be his fourth oscar!!!! But why he overlooked!?????

do u mean from "the departe"? ive seen it already and dont think that he deserves oscar from this role. personally i feel he is overacts and kind of not smooth...but sorry that u r disappointed.
