It's obvious that Raw seems to be holding its own. But Smackdown has talented wrestlers, they just need some good story lines and better feuds. As for ECW they need better wrestlers, a tag division and maybe their own United States title if they want to be taken seriously as their own brand. Also a new storyline wouldn't hurt.
What would you do to improve these two shows? Would you bring characters from other shows, change the feuds or etc.

As you said, Smackdown definitely has alot of talented wrestlers. Benoit , Kennedy , Matt Hardy etc. I think they should give Benoit a push and make him a contender for the World Heaviweght Championship. Matt Hardy has been misused for a while now so he should be pushed to the United States Championship league. You wouldn't beleive this but The Miz is indeed a very talented wrestler. WWE is just wasting him on Smackdown, he would he a good contender gor Gregory Helms Cruiserweight Championship since there are not many cruiserwieghts on Smackdown.
As for ECW, the best storyline they have going is the ECW Originials vs The New Breed. They should really take this feud to another level and try to invovle more wrestlers in this. Also Lashley shouldn't be ECW Champion and he should be sent back to SMackdown. He is not extreme at all. Also ECW needs the 'extreme' part back. There are rarely any extreme moments on ECW and they really need to concentrate on that because it is 'Extreme' Championship Wrestling. Also a true ECW Orginial (Sabu, Balls Mahoney, Sandman, Tommy Dreamer) should be ECW Champion and I think fans would like that more.

Smackdown!
Well I would hire some more main eventers first off. They really need some more main evneters.
I would bring back the tag team divison with some more great tag teams.
I would end the whole eddie story line and send vicki home. it has been almost 2 years sense Eddie died the story line needs to stop.
I would make gregory helms defend his damn tittle instead of holding on to it becuase he never defends it.
I would also give people like matt hardy a chance to make it to the top.
Ecw
wow that is going to be a hard show to save.
i would get rid of all the people that do not belong in ecw the people that are not extreme at all people like shannon moore matt striker test i would send them to smackdown.
i would also make a deal with tna to get raven rhyno the dudleys back to ecw where they belong.
i would go back to the first rule they had in old school ecw there are no rules.
you can use falmming tables barb wire and crap like that becuase that is the stuff the fans want to see not the edited version of ecw.
oh yeah and make some more tittles.

The best way to save ECW is to give total control of it back to Paul Heyman. Heyman knows how tp make it work by utikizing the younger talent and the originals and how to keep the fans involved in it. Then run it as a seperate entity. Give ECW tag team belts, perhaps a tv title belt.
Smackdown needs new writers and take the belt off of Batista and give it to somebody talented ( Kennedy, Kane, Benoit) the belt. Get a couple of different tag teams and pump up the tag division.

Right now, as far as ratings go, Smackdown's the flag ship, so it really doesn't need any help. The only way to help ECW is to kill it off at this point. Send CM Punk to Smackdown, let RVD go to TNA like he wants, and fire Andrew Test Marten for the umpteenth time, along with Bob Holly and the ECW originals that remain. Raw's not so great right now, they have no real contension for the world title, aside from HBK. Orton and Edge are too busy with their alliance. The brands need to go back together, and yes, WSX for life

They need to take back the Hardcore Championship, and the ECW Tag and TV Titles. They should have 5 championship belts, just like every other brand. As for Smackdown, it was actually pretty good this week. For now its fine, but they need another storyline.

If I could I would put both smackdown and ECW all on one show meaning joining the two together as one. For better performance I would call the show Extreme Smackdown and bring back the old ECW to smackdown

ECW had better watch an episode of Wrestling Society X and take some notes. As for smackdown it's time to put the Eddie Guerrero story away. He's dead move on with your lives.

I wasn't going to answer this until I saw the comment about seeing WSX and taking notes. Give me a fkn break! WSX makes TNA look like the major leagues. They are no different! WSX is a second rate sad performance. The commentators are awful! The wrestling, while very good, doesn't compare to what it takes to go to the next level-charisma! They all lack it. The cheap explosions and 25 people in attendance is a joke and will not sustain ratings to continue. WSX is a cheap, listen to me people, a cheap attempt at the X Division in TNA!!!!!!!!!
