First thing: you have to be positive. Concentrate on the feeling of satisfaction you have when you have done what you needed to do and never allow yourself to feel a failure. Just try again. Second: make a list, put it on your fridge to remind you, or put a reminder on your cellphone. Give yourself an incentive: once this is done, I'll go out with my friends, watch a movie, whatever. If you're in the habit of doing something quickly and asap whenever you need to, you won't stop!

Take a major task and break it down into manageable segments. Then, concentrate only on completing the initial segment. After that, just process through the chain of them one by one.

PROCRASTINATION

THERE is an old saying:
"procrastination is the thief of time!"
Procrastination is putting off till tomorrow what you can accomplish today!
You can get in a lot of trouble doing this.
Overdue charges on your bills!
Losing your business, job, house....
Losing your girlfriend for not remembering her birthday or getting her a present in time for a special event.
Etc., etc. and so forth!

I always leave things to the last minute. Just making it in at the absolute last second brings on a feeling of excitement.

sometimes it has to do with your own health, if you don't have the "energy" to do it, you won't feel like it and the health of your body can also affect your state of mind
