reset all your settings for internet explorer:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced (restore Defaults)
Then Go here:
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
Move the bar on the left to medium
Then:
Tools > Internet options > Security
1.Make sure that the restricted sites section doesnt contain the site you are trying to access
2.Make sure
Tools > Internet options > Security > internet > custom
And makes ure all certified cookies and other stuff is accepted.

1. do you have an internet connection?
2. if so is it connected?
3. on any web page click file (top left corner) and make sure work offline is unchecked
4. are there any parental restrictions on the web page(s) you are trying to access?

It's probably a corrupt active X control or the site uses flash - download Firefox and try that.

If you can get onto other webpages, it may be your Anti Virus has recognised it as a threat.
It may be you have 'blocked' it previously through Zone Alarm or other Firewall programme.
Maybe you should'nt be looking at it because it sounds dodgy anyway.

it wont be because you have turned off your cookie blocker it might be youve set it to high (should b on meduim setting) it could also be your antivirus thats blocking it so update your question and tell us wot ur running antivirus wise4
