What does it take to become an Engineering field University Professor in ? How hard is it?

What are some things I can do in Undergraduate level that will make it easier?

It takes at least a Doctorate. Most places require that you be continuously published, and some might require that you have on the job training in your field. At the Undergrad level earn at least a 3.7 on a 4, participate in several extra-circular that are academically related, and get an internship.

So do these and you should be cool.
