Pisces affects that part of your chart related to short journeys, ideas as opposed to long-range philosophy, relatives, and your ability to adjust to changing situations. The Neptune of Pisces and your Saturn significator combine to promote domestic stability, a keen desire for a home and family. The signs-Pisces and Capricorn - are favorably aspected and the odds are great for a constructive relationship.
In your association with a Pisces, there appear to be numerous trips of the short variety in the offing. There are ideas, there is experimentation - and there is, very likely, a scattering of forces. Pisces can make you laugh. Pisces can harm you. Pisces, when combined with Capricorn, could add up to marriage, home, domesticity. There are close dealings with members of your families involved in this relationship. Pisces regards you as a friend and admires your realistic attitude. You are intrigued by the Piscean intuitive intellect. You never quite fathom the whole Pisces, but the challenge keeps you interested.
Neptune and Saturn make a good blend; one is imaginative, and the other is practical. With mature effort, a fine balance can be achieved. The relationship here is good. Much, of course, depends on the complete horoscope. But, basically, the aspect between Capricorn and Pisces is a sextile; under this aspect people tend to stay married to each other. In buying a home you do well with the aid of Pisces. In building a project for the future, on a solid base, you do very well with Pisces. Natives of this sign could tire you, keep you on the go - but it is unlikely that you would object. There are too many laughs - and, although there could be some tears, your mutual humor prevails.
This is an excellent relationship to pursue.

They can, so long as the Capricorn has blinders to the future on...
Actually, my FIRST husband was a true Pisces.
We got along great - for a while - but if I had given myself a chance to think about the marriage beforehand I would've gotten past the mere companionship part and seen the bigger picture:
we were not really meant to be married, but really better off as really good friends who had similar interests, sometimes had sex, and hung on to a lot of stuff like packrats.
But being a pisces, he was always the dreamer with very little ambition to make anything of himself. He was too happy in his go-nowhere job and too complacent with his family's constant demands and phone calls for me to take. He wasn't as passionate as I'd hoped for in a lot of things. He was NEVER spontaneous, and he never seemed to like making decisions for anything, not even dinner.
He WAS good about keeping my sense of sentimentality alive, and he was very good about nurturing my spiritual side - even though he was an atheist.
But in the end I realized I should never have married him because there were no indications of ever getting what I really wanted or expected from a husband: financial security, an intellectual to debate things with, a father of my children (someday), and someone who would fight to defend his beliefs & his family.
So, ignoring all that to get to the point: they CAN get along, but the question really is FOR HOW LONG?

When Capricorn and Pisces join together in a love match, on the surface, it may appear to be opposites attracting. Capricorn is down-to-earth and regimented, with a very strong work ethic, while Pisces tends to be more emotional and dreamy, and takes on the needs of those around them. This couple is honest, and can be devoted to one another. They admire one another: Capricorn appreciates Pisces's kind nature, and Pisces is drawn in by Capricorn's quick wit and tenacity. This relationship may develop slowly, the two not necessarily recognizing its progression. But it will get stronger over time. The Capricorn-Pisces duo can really put their heads together and can be fulfilled by their partner. Difficulties can arise if Capricorn is too dominating for Pisces's sensitive side. Pisces needs to understand that this is Capricorn's style and not a personal attack. Pisces might not take too well to Capricorn's stubbornness, but can deal with it through patience and understanding.Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and Pisces is ruled by a combination of Jupiter and Neptune. Saturn is the planet of dedication, authority and responsibility. Higher learning, ethics and standards are ruled by Jupiter, while Neptune influences Pisces's view of dreams and illusions. These three Planets complement one another because they have a good sense of compassionate justice and dedication. Capricorn is an Earth Sign and Pisces is a Water Sign. Earth Signs are about possessions, and the Capricorn-Pisces partners like to surround themselves with material objects that show off their sophistication. The Water Sign relies on emotion and intuition, making the Pisces the fueling force behind the relationship, but in a passive way. Shared love of a comfortable, yet fancy life ensures that this couple will aspire to a higher ground. Capricorn is a Cardinal Sign and Pisces is a Mutable Sign. While Capricorn tends to focus on one project at a time, Pisces floats from one thing to another as the feeling strikes them. Because of their flexibility, Pisces may become interested in Capricorn's projects. In turn, Capricorn needs to allow Pisces to enjoy many things at once and not take it personally when Pisces gets bored with something that Capricorn if focused on. Capricorn will stick with Pisces's pursuits even after they've moved on to something else. In return, Pisces can sometimes show Capricorn that flexibility is better than a strong determination to do things a specific way. What's the best aspect of the Capricorn-Pisces relationship? It's their unique blend of temperaments. Both partners enjoy sharing their lives with someone else, and both like to help the other achieve their goals. Their difference in temperaments makes theirs a highly compatible relationship.
But, horoscopes are not always accurate. You should go mainly on personal things you have in common and roll from there.
PS I am in a Capricorn - Peices relationship myself (me being Capricorn).
