My unit tests are coming near but Icannot concentrate on my studies.When I open my book I feel disinterested and close it down I start working on the computer or start watching TV .please tell me what to do .I study in class8

People also study differently. Try studying with people. Maybe find someone else in your class you can go back and forth with- with study questions. Find a different way to study. Instead of just reading your book- highlight things in it- copy down pertinent information on note cards and then study from those cards. Think about your personality and the best way you learn.

First try not to think in the way that u don't have interest in studying ....if u r thinking a lot about it can cause problems....think less and work more... (.i'm telling abt the negetive thinking) one of the biggest difficulties will be the starting ...don't think negetively while starting ..just star it ...u can feel the happiness of reading things...

buy your favorit chocolate or whatever you love best, and then lock yourself at your room asking no one to disturb. Set your favorit as a reward for yourself. Say it: "if i finished this chapter i will eat it with a glass of hot tea (or whatever that helps you feel enjoy)". and do it as you have decided. Continue this till end of the chapter you have studied so far at the class. Or set your reward your favorit movie, game etc, as you are done with your today's studies. You will be surprised by your knowledge as you are done with the book. However, keep in mind "NO CHEATING!".

Try to focus on this:
What I learn, is useful. I do not study just to pass some exams or to get As. I study to get knowledge which I can use to get a good job and stand well in the community. I am doing it for myself and no one else. I owe knowledge and efforts to myself.
Computer and TV are there, waiting for you after you finish your study!
