I would suggest by plane, find link low for cost flight
definitely not by car, if you are from the States you would have a shock for Italian driving..:-), by train it takes about 7 hours depending on the train

probabli plane, because the train in italy has a lot of strike isn't in time. The car is a long way, maybe 7 hours. The best choise is plane. Maybe there are a low cost company.
