I know its not untill 2010 but, im wondering about the steps involved in getting to the world cup.

Lets say i want to see the
Gernmany vs. ???? match
Do i just show up to the stadium

No do not just show up to the stadium.
Theres a detailed lottery process involved that starts at the beginning of the year before the WC. So it would start in about 2 years, Jan 2009 is when you can start applying for tickets. For getting a Germany vs.. whoever.. You can get a Germany package of 3-7 games.
