You would end up with a protein whose sequence is different from what it should be, so theoretically speaking, the resulting protein would be "mutated". However, in nature errors during translation of mRNA, or even during transcription from DNA into mRNA, are not very common and not as dangerous as mutations that happen during DNA replication, because only the latter can be transmitted to the next generation of daughter cells.
