Oh, but they will make such stupid and moronic statements as "I support the troops but don't support the war" which is impossible they just don't want to sound like total jerks. That's like saying I support students I just don't like schools. They go together.
"There is a very easy way to prevent anyone from being put in harms way, that is for Saddam Hussein to disarm. And I have absolutely no belief that he will. I have to say that this is something I've followed for more than a decade. If he were serious about disarming, he would have been much more forthcoming.... I ended up voting for the resolution after carefully reviewing the information, intelligence that I had available, talking with people who's opinions I trusted, trying to discount the political
or other factors that I didn't believe should be in anyway part of the decision."
Hillary Clinton, Code Pink address March 7 2003
"The intelligence the president shared with us was in line with what Bill and I saw in the White house"
Hillary Clinton, press conference 26 June 2003

I do not believe for a second that they want us to fail. It is called debate in our country. Sometimes it gets out of hand and a little muddy from the politics, but nobody wants us to lose in Iraq. It is all about how we do it that is in debate. Redeployment is not cutting and running. The theory, right or wrong, is to force the Iraqi military and government to solve their own problem. Where it goes wrong , more innocent people will die that way. We will finish the job, but Iraqi's need to help us stop the craziness that is going on their now.

I support our troops (100%). I did`nt agree with the war since the beginning. I felt it would be another Vietnam, and it is. When President Bush landed on the ship, May 01,2003 and stated major part of the war is over, I told everyone I knew, the war has just begun. There will be more troops killed and wounded like you have never seen before. I wish I was wrong.

Iraq was a priori a loosing proposition. It has created generations and battalions of jihadists who will haunt the USA for decades to come.

Very simple. We believe that those that support Bush's Iraq policy should back their words with action.

Never, EVER take anything a politician says at face value, whether they are liberal or conservative, demobrat or repugnican. They're all flipfloppers who talk out of their a**es so they can stay in power and live off of your income.
