I went to China recently and learned the true universality of body language. A sign can be made very easily. For how different we all are, we still understand the basics of human nature very well.

I have not been it that kind of situation yet and I do not speak English as my first language neither but I think it is possible to explain almost everything with your hands and face expressions.

Everyone is capable of learning enough to get them by.But if it is that difficult for you,Maybe you could get yourself an interpreter,Or the quickest way I've found out is to find yourself a local girl.Believe me,You tend to pick it up quite quickly this way.

Let out a loud scream..get their attention, then use..body language or sign to get your message accross....(both are considered a universal language)........happy days...
