My stomach is somewhat bloated and it is definately not fat because i do 300 crunches every day and i have a flat stomach (not now because of the bloatedness) i am not pregnant for sure because i never did it. So how do i get rid of the bloatedness? any ideas?

if its waterweight due to your cycle then just wait. if its gas from something you ate then you can also just wait. Digestive enzymes like papaya ect may help for chronic probs, apple cider vinegar also works quickly but tastes bad. Simethecone, an antigas med, works for acute cases

It's probably due to constipation or slow moving bowels. I get like that too. Drink lots of water and take multi-vitamin to improve bowel movements.

avoid dairy, salt and sugar for a few days, it should pass.
