You will have to file an amended return including the new 1099.
Or you can do nothing and they will just send a letter back to you with a bill for the extra money but they will charge interest for the past due amount from the tax deadline date.

If you included this income in your return, you don't need to do anything.

If you forgot to include the income, you need to file 1040x (amended return).

The deadline is April 15, so there's no hurry. You might want to wait at least 4 weeks to allow your first return to make it through the cycle. You may be surprised: if the IRS already knows about it, you might get an adjustment letter from them with the correction already filed. If that's the case, just call and ask if they want your amended return.
