Having problems with my MovieMaker....?

I was making a video and when i play it to see how im progressing it freezes up and closes... what can i do to fix this problem?

Erase the video, watch the original clip to see if it is okay, then re-upload it. Maybe that will help. Go to http://www.microsoftoffice.com or windows.com for some good Q & A. Hope it works out.
