Not really. They move faster when they scoot across the ice on their bellies. Once they are in the water they move with the speed and agility of a jet fighter!

It's not actual running. It's somewhat of a wobbling movement which is faster than normal walking.

Not really, didn't you see "March of the Penguins"? It is a documentary from National Geographic. They are neat looking, though. They woddle. =)
