This will work out when then next Democrat President inherits Iraq. Democrats would rather give up freedom than fight for it.

Because we mean spirited, intolerant, hateful and despicable Conservatives will go to war at the drop of a hat. Democrats will only go to war after thoughtful and careful consideration and appointing a sensitivity committee to first determine if the reason we were attacked wasn't really our fault to begin with.

Consider: Had Jimmy Carter sent in troops to help the Afghan's fight the Commie invaders in the 70's, would Afghanistan have supported the Terrorists who bombed the world Trade Center. Well probably not! So therefore the Bombing of the World Trade Center was our own fault and we should not have gone to war!

I really don't believe this statement. By this logic, the Civil War was wrong because a Republican was in office. The Vietnam War was right because a Democrat was in office. It doesn't matter what party is in office. People are only looking at the "hear and now", and not looking at past wars.

Also, I don't hear very many people saying the war in Afghanistan is wrong. It's the war in Iraq they say is wrong.

because you won't be able to stop a war gadget chilly turkey- First, there are a great number of politicians on both area that get funds from "professional-war" agencies like aerospace or business business enterprise like Halliburton or Blackwater (Xe), so inspite of a majority- there is a great number of opposiition. second, in case you DO stop each and every thing right this moment- conservatives will come out of the woodwork and whinge about endangering our troops, or reducing and dealing, have you ever forgotten? the merely element you could do is sluggish and perchance end the wars, yet right this moment? you're extra of a dreamer than a liberal. As on your very last question? All politicians lie, prevaricate and make stuff up total textile, Dems are literally not unique in this regard.

You neo-cons are really something. On one hand you act as if you represent the majority of Americans (which I pray you dont), and on the other you talk as if there is a liberal conspiracey out there controlling everything. Im so liberal Im a communist and I do not see the media being biased to a left leaning position. If anything they are more towards the right because they have been the #! cheerleaders for the stupid war. Any Imperialistic war is wrong and that's what this is. Republicans and Dems are, by and large, 2 sides of the same corrupt coin. Viva Fidel!

War is never ok, it doesn't matter who is in office. If you ask me though Clinton was the lesser of two evils.

To a liberal it's never okay to fight. Real democrats know that sometimes you have to do the right thing. Real democrats are so few and far between now days. Maybe it was all that not inhaling that went on.

It's not, that's just a narrow minded and confused republican talking since they cannot blame this situation on Iraq on anyone else but Bush. Republicans hate accountability and taking responsibility.
