my website named "khcindia.com" had been suspended, how can i re-activate him.?

my credit card statement shows that my payment had been made upto dec.'06, but my website khcindia.com was suspended in november 06 due to non payment & now it was closed by yahoo billing department. we have no other contact person or a contact number for contact with any responsable person who can hear & get solution of my problum.

there must be a contact. it would be the host of the web site that would be the one you want to contact. if it is yahoo, then you need to go to where you set up the account in the first place. there is a contact, but you must find it.
