I need to know how to get a Rice Cake for an event with the mayor, can anyone please help me?
Is a rice cake a rice ball, or is there a recipe? If so, what is it?

The rice cake does not have a recipe, although you can use it to make a new recipe (rice cake + oven + soy sauce). There are two ways to get them. One is by winning them on the Harvest Goddesses' Game show on your TV in the beginning of a new year (spring). You can also get some by going to the New year's festival in the Square on Spring 1.
