All answers wrong. Ethiopia (or Abyssinia) was independent for most of the colonial period, but in 1935 Mussolini decided he needed another easy victory. Ethiopia, despite having nothing but local-lord armies, proved not so easy, but the Italians eventually won. Other countries may claim, eg Egypt, that they never were colonised, but they are wrong. In the case of Egypt, Tel al Kebir (1882?) effectively turned them into a British dependency. The Union of South Africa was surely a British colony for some 50 years after the Boer War.
The only possible answer is Liberia, since it has had no colonial ruler since its foundation in the 1820s by freedmen supported by the US Government. One might note, however, that those freedmen thoroughly dominated the native population.

Ethiopians say it is Ethiopia, but it was pretty well colonised by the Italians, though why is another issue.
A better answer might be Liberia.

As they are today, they fluctuate. A considerable number of Africans have little or no regard what the official boundaries between countries are. That is why crossing the border into another country is very dangerous in some African nations.
