I highly doubt that Windows Vista would run either XBOX or XBOX 360 games, due to the fact that either

A) They would need to either make a new Microsoft Certified drive that would run the disks.

B) They would make a program that would work with a normal DVD-ROM drive, and decode the files to run the game.

Again I would doubt they did any of these as they would be losing money.

Usually the xbox games get a PC version.
Otherwise you will have to use an emulator.

There are x box emulators out there that enable you to play x box games on a dvd drive. I personally haven't done it myself though..

most of the time it would butt i wouldn't know because iam on answer 24/7.
