I would go with Open Source Contant managed server software called Joomla. Possibilities and Power is amazing ! and guess what.... most of it is absolutely free!

first off does your site allow you to post access database.
IF not try mysql it is on most web host.

next you have to write querys. these change depending on the programming language you use. such as asp, php, so forth.

That would probably only work on NT systems using DHTML code.

You'd be better off using MySQL it's more universal.
