Well, I would suggest reading books (novels). Try to read something that you are interested in (otherwise, you won't be motivated enough to read). While you are reading, try to understand the unknown term by looking at the context of the of this unkwon word. You can look at the sentence or the words around the unknown word, to guess the meaning of it. Doing this will help you understand the connotative meaning of the word. Remember, read something fun and enjoyable.

What do you mean by gre fluency?
If you want to speak with grammer than better join British Council at Nariman Point, Bombay.
If you want to speak fluency in english than start to talk with your family and friends in English. & Keep try to correct you mistake.

For English skills keep reading huge volumes of texts
When you read make an effort to read fast and understand the message of the text
Read newspapers, magazine covers, ads and the name plates on cars, buses and trains in the city

hear mp3 wordlists and other mp3 for improving english,
take the tests from softwares,
download softwares on GRE.
