the first one went off with someone else and my husband was an alcholholic, i had to finish with him, the next one i found out he was with someone else months months after going out with him.
two off a dating site who were awful only lasted a few months, i have had so many bad experiences. i have never been with a man who has treated me well.

I'm very sorry about that. I guess you just live in an area where there's a lot of trash. To increase your chances, move somewhere where there's nicer men. Or maybe you just don't investigate enough before you get into a relationship. You should probably seek some professional advice instead of us random idiots on yahoo answers.

There must be a pattern in this.
Time to soul search your self and set the standards a bit higher next time.
Alcohol users?:no more
sex talk:no more avoid all too easy dudes
Talk about normal things for a change.etc etc.
I am afraid,you will repeat making the same mistake:attention does not make love.

perhaps you're going after the wrong type of men, also online dating is not a good idea, try getting a hobby or joining a group of some kind, similar interests and moral standards are a definate plus in building a lasting relationship.
