I don't think most people hate Arabs, just closed minded, ignorant/bigoted people hate all Arabs.

Some Arabs are nice people, but some Muslim Arabs groups are unpleasant, aggressive and loud mouths.

Fear and mistrust. Arabs are just people like everyone else and should be loved and respected.
