Yes you are right minimum age for marriage under any statue regarding marriage in India is 18years for bride/girl & 21 years for groom/boy. Even if as a British citizen you want to marry an Indian citizen girl you have to get married under The Foreign Marriage Act, 1969 before the marriage officer/registrar appointed under this Act, & fulfill all the conditions one of which is age (with a proof of age) which I told you. Now as far Indian Law regarding on living partners is concerned there is no law regarding this as this concept is not recognized in India as is done so in other countries (including your country). There is no law that debars two persons to not to live together but socially such a relationship is not considered good. The person living together cannot claim any legal right against each other nor get legal recognition that of spouse in any insurrance, banking, governmental, immigration etc dealings. If they are caught indulging in sex they can be charged under the Trafficking of Immoral Act. In short I can say there will be more trouble awaiting you if you plan to go & stay together as living partner.

Sexual intercourse with the consent of a 16+ girl is no offence in any Indian law; however marrying is an offence till she attains 18. No Indian law bars/prohibits living a boy and such 16+ girl togehter and enjoying physical relations. Later they may or may not marry. Pre marital sexual intercourse with other/s is not a ground to seek divorce. Wife's sexual intercourse with other/s is also no offence in any Indian law. However her husband can seek divorce on it, yet he has to maintain or pay till she remarries. Only the commercial sexual trade (prostitution) is banned in India under Immoral Traffic Prevention Act 1956 enacted in pursuance of International Convention signed at New York on 09-05-1950.

Well there is no "MARRIED LAW" in India you can married if you are in your teens. and second British law is 21 to get married i guess. so if you guys want to live to gather good luck and nobody can stop you even her parents trust me. if she is over 18 OK an Adult. If she is not 18 keep it on the low till she is. and don't even bother to talk to her parents yet give them some time OK it' will work. well it worked out for me even thou am PAKI.

I agree you probably shouldn't be having sex if you don't know the answer to this question but on the other hand you should be educated. AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) is actually a result of contracting HIV. See HIV causes your bodies immune system to weaken, most people don't actually die of AIDS they die because they got a virus that their body couldn't fight off because their immune system was "injured" by the HIV virus. People transmit HIV through sexual activities because the virus is passed though sexual fluids, ie: sperm, vaginal fluids, breast milk ect. So in and easier way to understand, no sperm doesn't mix up to create AIDS unless the person that ejaculated the sperm has AIDS.
