Oh yeah, the Chili peppers are great. I don't know if I would go as far to say that they "rule," but there is no doubt that they indeed rock. I'm a music producer so take it from me: There is a lot of TALENT in that band. Anthony Keidis has a phenominal voice, and Flea and Dave Navarro KIK *** on the Bass and Guitar. I must admit that I like their old stuff a bit better than their newer stuff, but they are still AWESOME nontheless. I have never met somebody who did not like the song "Under the Bridge." It's a classic that will never get old. What they sing about is ok, but it's their SOUND, that Funky fresh Spicy rock that captures my attention. Aeroplane is a great song but I did not like the rest of one hot minute. Blood sugar sex Magic was pretty good, and Love rollercoaster was even better than the original! There is no doubt about it, the Red Hot Chili Peppers will go down in history as one of the greatest rock bands of the 1990's, perhaps the 2000's as well, but we will see. The Chili Peppers are famous because of their talent, not their image. unfortunately, more and more artists today are using their image to promote their so-called "music." (Brittney, Fergie, Jessica Simpson). It's nice to see someone who appreciates a band for their music and not their image. Rock ON!

I'm one of the kids who grew up with bands such as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Led Zeppelin, Def Leppard, AC/DC. Aerosmith, etc. But it's something about RHCP that makes me love them more than the others. They have a unique sound to them. So yes. RHCP does in fact rule.

haha is this a humorous tale? the pink warm chili peppers are actual extra proficient. they're so unique and that they make astounding songs. my chemical romance purely would not stand out of the team. and is it risk-free to declare that the pink warm chili peppers are the ideal rock band around? :)

They used to rule until 1999 when all the radio stations started playing them to death. Haven't they heard of the saying "familiarity breeds contempt"?

I never was a great fan of them and still am not however, I only recently started listening to them and have come to appreciate their sound. They do have a charm about them.
