Do they add something to the water nowadays to reduce it to a minimum?

Actually, I haven't been swimming a lot for the last 10 years or so. I hardly swim once a year, so the theory that it gets better if you swim more doesn't seem to apply.

when you practice in water for a long time, your skin gets used to it and does it a lot less. When you aren't used to swimming for a long time, then it's bad.

i feel this when i take a vacation from swimming and go back to practice.
