The only reason he doesn't get hanged like Saddam Hussein is the military power of the USA is greater than the military power of Iraq was. Even Americans who, probably for economic reasons, still support him can do so only with the faintest of praise because to praise him more fulsomely would be to invite ridicule for being a fool, if you take my meaning.

I don't think that anyone could have done anything more, or better, It's the presidents job to protect the U.S., the world is a better place with Saddam Insane GONE. Thank God GORE, KERRY, Or The Clintons were not in office or we would be sending the terrorists money, and trying to meet impossible demands, If you think "Bush" is bad, just wait until "Hillary" Hooks up with "Stretch Pelosi, and legalizes Illegal immigration, the flood gates of the nation will open, and we will be bankrupt as a nation. Hold on folks, it's about to get VERY FRIGHTENING ! SOONER THAN YOU THINK !

George Bush is a.. Man.. most of his detractors dont even
know the meaning of the word. He is very manly in every
thing he does. I really thing that if it wasnt for public opinion
and the costs involved ..its costs a lot of money to fight these
wars.. he would really fix things over there..I think history will
show him to be the right man at the right time for our country.
I really think if he doesnt make it into the top 5 presidents of
all time ,it will be the fault of our wussy electorate not him.

Yes, he will 'go down'. Yes, he will be remembered throughout history, but not as the best president. I believe what you will 'totally see' is going to be a shock to you. However the rest of us see it coming...we just sit and watch....we don't have to say a thing...he's doing it to himself better than anyone else could. Hey, maybe there's your presidential record. (It's getting more and more difficult for him to shoot himself in the foot ,and then put that foot in his mouth. Now he has to dance like that. It's getting to the point of seeing it is past ridiculous into pathetic. But It's like passing a car accident....so horribly sad but you just can't help but watch)

I'm sure he's shooting for it as he sat in the office last Oct signing docs giving him and the use of the army control over all state govts. Go back and listen to the 'CONTRACT' he alluded to during his election. According to 'Favorite Son' book the 'Decider' was a draft dodger, busted for coke and some other scam but Sr got him out of Jail(if he was in even)and obviously has his evangelical speech writers filling us up with dreams.

It will be for several generations to judge. He will go down as a good President who stood up for what needed to be done at a time it wasn't popular to do so. That is what a true leader does, he makes the tough decisions, he has vision that sees the long picture. We are so lucky that Al Gore and John Kerry were not elected. Those men would have sent this country down the muck hole.

No, because even though he is popular, everything that happened with Iraq and Tony Blair will go against him. Also, legends like Abraham Lincoln etc. will always be ahead of George Bush. Hope this answers your question.

As much as I like President Bush he is not the best ever. I don't know who is as we have had many who are very good and who do a lot for this country. All you have managed to do is draw out the Bush bashers. Was that your point?

Not a Chance!
He has never had a 60% approval rating, but he has held the lowest Presidential approval rating in US history of 24%. His average approval rating is sub 40%.

He has successfully beaten out his Father who previously held the low-end rating record!

His own party is against him! If he doesn't even have the support of his own party he clearly is the WORST of all time.

No I do not. I do not think he could even make the top twenty. It would be very hard to beat George Washington.
