Watch what you wear, what you say, and how you carry yourself (sit up straight, watch your manners over meals, etc...)

But my biggest piece of advice is for you to do your research on the school you are checking into (I'm assuming this is a college interview because of the category). If you can show the interviewers that you have checked them out thoroughly and know your stuff ("I noticed that Dr. X in the sociology dept does a lot of research projects, and as a sociology student, I am wondering if students ever get the opporunity to work alongside faculty in research projects" or "as a prospective physical therapy student, I noticed there are a number of competitive athletic programs on campus. Is there a crossover between the sports medicine and pt programs?" etc....)

When you show them you cared enough to check into faculty names, programs, etc... you will stand out as a prospective student.

You should have enough practise so the person you are interviewing does not have a bad impression of your er................. and words like that. That feels unprofessional. Always bring something to record the conversation, like a pen and notepad or even better, a voice recorder. Other things are practise, practise and practise. On what? Your body language and your language. ALWAYS avoid vulgarities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is important.
