I would not mix species of lizards with tortoise because of the chance of cross contamination. Also most of the lizards require different c0ndition to the lizards. Water Dragons require a jungle home, bearded draons need a desert home, and tortoise require a grassland home.

You CANNOT keep a desert/aid area species like the Hermann's tortoise with water-loving species like water dragons. You should also NEVER mix species from different ecosystems, continents, etc.

Mixing species is tough and usually hard on the animals. It is also tough to give too many animals all the care they deserve- some of your animals want heat, others like cooler temps. Some want high humidity, others low. Some love light, others want to avoid it.

If I may, the best thing I can suggest is to focus on animals with similar needs- choose an ecosystem, such as the Mediterranean zone or the Australian deserts. It will greatly simplify your cares and make for healthier, happier animals.

it sounds like you have animal keepers syndrome. You have too many pets, and can not provide them with adequate housing any longer. All reptiles and fish should be quarantined for a month or so, and the reptiles should be tested at your vet for parasites. I know if you had a quarantine area, you would not be asking this question. I have fish, and you get lucky but then one disease catches up and wipes out all of your pets.
As far as keeping different species together, keep the animals according to diet, and the heat/humidity environment they require, as well as taking into consideration the aggressiveness of the animals. Then watch them very closely for problems. - probably the water dragons and torts together for the water they need.
Make sure you clean the tanks a lot. The feces of the other animals causes problems.

NO WAY

water dragons need humid climates where as tortoises need dryer ones. You would risk the health of both.

A bearded dragon might be ok but they would most likely require their own enclosures to be healthy

The water dragon will eventually need a very large cage and you can not put them together they have different requirments.
