HI everybody , i have these 2 choices to visit in summer , i wanna know about these cities ,which is better , what about transportation to and from OSLO , weather , best month to go , prices , people, and anything you can provide me with .

It's very long between Tromso and Oslo, so if you're going to visit Oslo and either Tromso or Trondheim, then visit Trondheim, -or be prepared to go by plane.
However, there still is a very good reason to visit Tromso instead of Trondheim, because in Tromso you might be lucky and see the midnight sun if it's nice weather when you are there. If thats what you want, try to be there around June 23.
