I'm not sure what the FOUR words are, but if you're asking what the referee says before a scrum, i'm sure the referree just says three words?
Regardless, the words are "Crouch, Hold, Engage"
Hope this helps :)

Crouch - touch - pause - engage.
The new bit being "touch" which is not making any difference other than more scrums collapsing which is the total opposite of what they wanted to achieve!

Further to earlier reply - they have added in 'touch' before engage, my understanding is to ensure that both scrums are ready for the engage and therefore acollapse is less likely.

Crouch, Hold, Touch, Engage.
The touch bit is a standby before the engage instruction and is to reduce the amount of impact when engaging
