It's going to take a trip to the courthouse. First, the recorder had the legal description. This will tell the boundaries of the property and if there are any easements on it. Then go to the engineers office. There they can give you aerial maps and parcel maps of the property. They are very helpful in both departments. I work with them often. This is not as accurate as a survey, but it is free and very useful. You might have to pay for the maps, not very much though.

County recorders office. They should have maps/drawings of property boundaries. I suggest you stop by. Don't bother calling, they will just say you have to stop by. I have found most county offices very user friendly. You should be able to look at the documents for free, but if you want a copy you might have to pay a small fee and wait a few days. Good luck.

I am a Geographic Information Systems expert working for a company called Proximity (www.proximityone.com). I have created a map with all the things you need for Licking County, OH: property bounderies, roads, right of ways, municipal areas as well as township areas. Unless you have experience with GIS, you would have a hard time integrating this data. Please let me know if you are interested, since this map is completed and ready to go. It is approximately 108MB of data.
