One way and one way only....Burn more calories than you take in. That is it. If someone tells to something else they are trying to sell you something that will not work. You burn calories everyday just by living, but to help with weight loss increase your burning total with reasonable exercise. 3 or 4 times a week. 30 minutes to an hour at a time. Then decrease your intake of calories...a reasonable diet plan. Reduce high fat and high processed sugar foods. This alone will help.Drink plenty of water, it has zero calories and helps the body in many ways, including processing and burning off fat. A calories is simply a unit of energy. Fat is stored energy, a surplus of calories. So burn them off and lose the weight. But the most important part of a weight loss program is the desire to bring to it to succeed. Well you have not put a lot of detail, If you want to lose weight don't stop eating exercises more and eat sensibly more 5 a day and less chocolate and crisp and lots of water.=)
