there is a lot of things you could write about dealing with france and russia. what i would do first is focus in on one topic. before you write your reeport make a venn diagram and then go to www.ask.com, or www.wikipedia.com, you could also tyoe it in on yahoo! of google. Good luck

click on a few websites to get some ideas.
pick an area of the relationship that you will concentrate on
research from there.
Look into trade between the two
look into the European Union and their attitude toward russia

At first, pls list the outline about your tropic. And then, pls write the purpose or aim of the essay in the introduction. If you have problem, you can find in some website by yahoo or google.
