How do i get into the movie industry as an actress?am of African origin and have alot of passion in acting?

Considering the fact that there are no movie industries apart from small time acting where you dont even get paid, how do i get myself into acheiving this goal??

first you need to know a movieproducer,or a actor with cloud,than you have to make him
like you,for a part,get invited for a screentest
if you are making a impression,you might find
a opening.
and you have to work every trick in the book.
but the chance is slim,and a lot of competition.
