please can you help me my internet explorer crashes every time i log on to it. i am new to all this so can someone help me in plain language to put it right. becouse i am to old in the tooth to learn anything new now thank you. ps if i cant be helped my computer is in the dustbin. lol

You probably have spyware. (Bad programs you accidentally download, that mess up your system by crashing the browser and pop-ups)

Also stop using IE for browsing, use Mozilla (FireFox)

It's a lot safer.

You could also have a virus on your computer. If you don't already have virus protection, download this program.

I had this and it sometimes isn't anything to do with you - it's the programme.

Try downloading Mozilla Firefox it has less chance of crashing and is just as easy to use as Internet Explorer.

like everyone else said firefox is the way to go. IE and NN are generally pieces of **** for the most part. it really doesnt surprise me that it crashes.

yeah use firefox, much better. internet explorer is pretty useless.

cant get auto updates through firefox tho as far as i know.

thats cos it is shockingly bad, like most microsoft products. Mozzila all the way!

then use mozilla firefox... it's very similar to internet explorer
