The sound is probably a valve lifter or hydraulic cam follower. Usually, this occurs because the build up of carbon in the lifter doesn't allow maximum oil flow. Let your oil get a quart low or drain a quart and add a quart of "Marvel Mystery Oil" available at your local auto parts store. This oil will mix with your crankcase oil and clean a lot of the deposits from the oil passages in your lifters. Run this for a few hundred miles and then drain and change your oil and filter. There is a good chance your problem will diminish. This would be your most inexpensive repair.

The tik tik tik sound is from your engine cam shaft pushing the valves and you need to adjust the valves clearence. Send for a top overall.
The sound disapear because the engine warms up the expansion of the valves narrow the valves clearence so the sound disappear.
Get it done as U are loosing engine power and increase fuel consumption

This may be the tapit sound when you start the engine the Mobil oil does not reach to every corner of the engine and is a bit hard. When the engine starts of the heat makes it less viscous and thus oiling the whole engine and as you accelerates it the oil lubricates the tapit and the noise goes off

Well, now, it may not necessarily be the valve clearance. It could be that you are using old oil or are low on oil. Once that oil starts circulating and gets on all the parts, the sound will disappear as well. Don't get an overhaul just yet. go get the oil changed first and see if that helps.
