Sodium disulphate is not a recognised compound. Perhaps you mean sodium thiosulphate? This reacts with iodine in an extremely well-known way:

2(S2O3)2- + I2 ---> (S4O6)2- + 2I-

The end-point (if you add a bit of starch solution) is the absence of blue colour.
