When TTC the consensus is that you treat your body as if you are already pregnant as you could potentially be pregnant anytime, especially as you have a two week wait before you can attempt to find out for certain after ovulation. By the time you can find out the fetus has already starting to develop.
Caffeine apparently is one of those factors along with smoking, taking drugs and drinking that a) reduce fertility and decreases your chances of conception and b) can affect the fetus while developing. They recommend less than 2 cups a day but if you can cut it out that might help.

Too much caffeine is not good for anyone. It is a stimulant, and also a diuretic--meaning that it can dehydrate.
One cup of coffee in the morning, a coke with lunch, and other drinks without caffeine should be okay even when pregnant--right now it shouldn't matter, you're not pregnant yet.

Caffeine in small amounts (under 4 cups per day) are not known make it more difficult to conceive or to raise the risk of miscarriage in early pregnancy.
Though a lot of research has been done, no correlation was found.
