You probably have never heard of this term called:
Eosinophila-mayalgia syndrome- Usually caused by a high level of eosinphil(white blood cells that attack bacteria in the body. This high increase of of white blood cells was caused by a contaminated batch of the supplement , L-tryptophan. This is an a amino-acid that is a precursor to serotonin( mood modulator).
The main symptoms is muscle weakness ,mouth ulcers, abdomal pain, and death.
In one study, they found that 15 out of 1321 died from this comtaminated substance. In 1989 the FDA banned this supplement.

Well, I guess the most common ones would be to say someone looks meagre or corpulent in something they do not usually wear. They would not take it in a bad way since they would not know the meaning of the words unless they have PHd or something like that.

Btw, corpulent actually just means fat and meagre is skinny or malnourish.
