Depends on what you're referring to, I believe.
"Self-induced" would refer to a state of mind or a state of the body in general, such as a "self-induced" coma. I think "Self-inflicted" is more relevant to something bad you did to yourself, like a self inflicted wound, where as self-induced would not necessarily have any negative connotations.

Just a guess, probably someone else can answer this better....
