Outrigger canoes were made in all sizes, you could have a simple one designed for 2 people or 4 people or you could have a large or ceremonial one designed for 20 or more people. Hope this is helpful.

Is it a 'four man' or an 'eight man' canoe. I think they build them in varying sizes, so it depends on the canoe.
