hi there, I am a chinese girl and ready to go to the east coast travel on two weeks later, i tried to find some day tour from Philadelphia to Atlantic City/Washington DC/New York, does anyone know where can i find the information about the day tour start from Philadelphia ? or any chinese travel agency there? thank you very much ^^

You don't need a travel agency to plan this for you. To get to DC or NYC from Philadelphia, just catch an Amtrak train from the 30th St. train station. I wouldn't recommend going to Atlantic City this time of the year...nothing to do but go to the casinos due to the weather.
