This link or communication is by the level of energy waves transmitted by our desire, the method is simple
first come to a state of no thoughts, once you are comfortable and can stay in it for sometime then consciously start to think of only one thing you desire to link,
now feel that your thoughts are being projected into space from all the parts of your body towards the target of your wish !!! there you have it the link is established now you can communicate ( it feel like the target is sending the waves back to you, at some stage you can really hear it echo inside you or you can read it as light messages in open space. it depends on you how you want to perceive it
