I can't handle ACT just because I can't do it so fast,what should I do?

if given enough time,I can work it out.But I can't read passages fast enough.I am curious how others overcome the problem.
My english is very poor,but I still want to have last try to improve my test performance two months later

Find some practice tests and reading passages. Then practice. It really does help.
