Motherboardbased on intel P965 chipset and it says:
Notice: Only DDR2-800 memory supporting JEDEC approved 1.8V operation with timings of 5-5-5 or 6-6-6 is supported on Intel Desktop Boards based on Intel 965 Express Chipsets.

Can you still use 4-4-4 or not? see:

Yes, it just means you will have to manually set them to 4-4-4 yourself, but yes they will work. After you install go into the BIOS and set them to 4-4-4, also set the appropriate voltage that the RAM you buy tells you, if it is anything other than 1.8 you will have to set it yourself.

It looks as though it may take either. Check out the memory compatibality sheet for that motherboard - http://www.gigabyte-usa.com/FileList/MemorySupport/motherbaord_memory_ga-965p-dq6.pdf
I would try and find one of those b/c all of those have already been tested! Good luck!
