That's a very poorly-posed question. What do you mean by "N=360"? ... Is that the answer? If it is, then why ask the question? If it isn't, then it has no business there. With such a poorly-worded question, you've wasted your time and everyone else's.

N=30

120 x 30 = 3600 = 60^2, a perfect square
